These terms outline how a stay at Strawberry King Resort works, so your visit is smooth from booking to check-out. By making a reservation you agree to the points below.
Bookings are confirmed against an advance payment of 50% of the stay value, with the balance payable at or before check-in. Online payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
Standard check-in and check-out timings are shared on your booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in; foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
Cancellation and modification terms are shared at the time of booking and vary by rate and season. The advance may be non-refundable if a booking is cancelled within the notice window. Please contact us for the terms applicable to your reservation.
Families and children are warmly welcome. Room occupancy limits apply per category; extra beds or extra-guest charges may apply where permitted. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Any loss or damage to resort property caused during a stay will be charged at cost. The resort is not responsible for the loss of personal valuables; please use in-room storage where available. Guests use the pool, farm and activity areas at their own discretion and are requested to follow posted safety guidance.
The resort shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather, natural events or government directives.
