  • Alcohol: Sip and savour in moderation. However, disruptive behaviour due to intoxication won’t be entertained.
  • Noise Levels: As the evening settles, so should the volume—please keep it low after 9 PM.
  • Respect the Space: Treat the villa as your own, keeping its charm and comfort intact for everyone to enjoy.

  • Your Private Retreat – The villa is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, ensuring complete privacy.
  • Guest Policy – Only registered guests are permitted to stay, with the total count not exceeding the booking limit.
  • Room Access – One room will be reserved for every two guests, and you may choose your preferred room
  • ID Requirements – A valid government-issued ID is required at booking or check-in for all guests.
  • International Guests – Foreign nationals must share their passport or visa details on arrival.
  • Property Care – Any damages to the villa will be charged based on the cost of repair or replacement.
  • Minors’ Safety – Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for a secure and comfortable stay.
  • Strictly Prohibited – Illegal activities, including drug use and solicitation, are not allowed on the premises.
  • Permission For Commercial Use – The villa is for leisure stays, for commercial activities prior permission is required.
  • Power Backup – In case of power outages, air conditioning will not be supported by the backup system.
  • Safety Measures – CCTV cameras monitor the external areas for your security.
  • Caretaker Assistance – A caretaker is available on-site from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for any assistance.

  • If cancellation is done between 5 - 7 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
  • If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
